Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Dynoyard. Creating an account confirms agreement. Using Dynoyard on behalf of a company confirms authority to bind it.

The service

Dynoyard provides an OpenAI-compatible API for selected language models at a per-organization subdomain (<org>.dynoyard.app/v1). The available models, their pricing, and operational characteristics may change over time and are published on the pricing page.

Account and access

You're responsible for safeguarding your API keys and ensuring authorized use under your organization. Suspected key compromise should be reported to security@dynoyard.app and the key rotated immediately from the dashboard.

Billing

Dynoyard is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. You top up a prepaid credits balance via payment methods supported by our processor; usage is debited from the balance at the rates published on the pricing page. Optional auto-topup is available. Unused credits remain on the account; refund eligibility is described in the pricing page FAQ. Rates may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dynoyard to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, terrorism, or fraud.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers, our infrastructure, or third-party systems.
• Bypass rate limits, spend caps, or other controls; or otherwise consume capacity in a manner intended to degrade service for others.
• Resell or sublicense API access in a manner that obscures end users from us or that violates the upstream model providers' terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where reasonable we give notice before doing so; for serious abuse we may act without notice.

Availability

Dynoyard is provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. We do not offer a contractual service-level commitment at this time. Custom SLAs may be available for enterprise agreements — contact us.

Your content

Prompts you send and completions you receive ("content") belong to you. See the privacy policy for how content is handled. You're responsible for the legality of the content you submit and the use you make of completions.

Third-party models

Models served via Dynoyard are subject to their respective licenses and the policies of any upstream provider used to deliver inference. You're responsible for complying with those terms when using the outputs (attribution, prohibited use cases, etc.).

Limitation of liability

Service provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to Dynoyard in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You'll indemnify Dynoyard against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate for material breach of these terms after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure (immediately for serious abuse). On termination unused credits, where applicable, are refunded per the pricing page; account data is deleted within a reasonable period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
